01. What are we spending on AI, all in?
Seats, tokens, and the charges sitting on personal cards. Most founders are out by more than they expect, because the shadow spend never shows up in the vendor consoles they check.
02. What can I cut this quarter without an argument?
Idle seats and duplicate tools are a counting exercise, not a judgment call. Nobody defends a license that has not been opened in 60 days.
03. Is the spend working?
A range, with the cost of going faster next to it. Anyone who gives you one number for this is selling you something.
What lands, and how fast

It is not, and the constraint is enforced below the interface rather than left as a setting you have to trust us on. No individual developer rankings, ever. No productivity figure renders for a group smaller than eight people. We read counts, dates and names, never the contents of code, prompts or messages. Seat utilization is a licensing fact about a license, not a performance score about a person.
What it costs, and when it is worth it
